For seamless integration with a new workplace clients and candidates are required to understand the e2e recruitment process clearly. The process would help both the prospects better position you as a partner to the search consultant throughout the hiring process.

The team at Calibre Connect is adept at handling the end2end recruitment cycle, which begins with arranging either a simple face2face meeting or a telephone call with the client to understand job-specific requirements. Basis the requirement type our team would provide estimated time lines and head hunt the right talent that best fits into the stated requirement. If required for successful recruits our team would coordinate with our connects i.e., client and candidates alike to ensure smooth cultural integration at the workplace .

Client meeting – Requirement gathering

The hiring Client Manager meets the Search Consultant at Calibre Connect to clearly outline the various search requirements, estimated time lines for each of the roles indicating priorities if any, organizational structure, strategy and mission and provides clear guidelines on requested profile types for each of the roles clearly indicating the hierarchy – entry, mid or senior level roles.

Design Job Role - Specification

Our team of highly skilled consultants will generate “Job Specification” a document that will be referenced throughout the entire search process. This specification will contain detailed information about the Role, Responsibilities, Key Opportunities presented by the role and outline career and educational requirements.

Search Strategy

Our team referring to the job profile will employ necessary skills to map the market, outline key companies and document all avenues which will assist us gain access to the top talent. This process is often referred to as “Head Hunting”. Various research tools that form a part of this search strategy include our own database, social networking sites and referrals.

Candidate Identification

Basis our search strategy, a detailed list of candidates is prepared. Our executive search consultants will begin the process of qualifying the potential targets to identify whether they are suitable candidates.

Screening to generate a Shortlist

During this process a series of interviews are conducted to arrive at a final short list of potential candidates. Interview's conducted will detail the job-scope, candidate's background, competencies and interest in the role.

Presenting Shortlist to the Client

The Shortlist of potential candidates is presented to the client.

Offer and Negotiation

Once the series of interviews are completed, client would conduct reference checks and make an initial offer and the process of salary and offer negotiation would commence. Our search consultant will often act as a mediator to ensure needs of both the parties are met successfully.

On - boarding and Integration

Basis client request, our team will assist with the integration and on boarding process for successful candidates into the workplace. The degree of our involvement will depend on client requirements.
