Job Purpose:

The Digital Sales specialist assists the Head of Digital Sales the charge in driving digital revenue growth and customer engagement. Their mission is to develop and execute a robust digital sales strategy, leveraging innovative technologies and customer-centric approaches.

This role involves optimizing sales processes, enhancing user experiences, and achieving revenue targets through digital channels.

This role helps in executing the digital sales strategies defined by the Head of Digital Sales to position the bank as a market leader in digital sales, while continuously monitoring performance metrics and adapting strategies for success

 

Qualifacation:

An undergraduate degree in business or an analytical degree (e.g. math, engineering, etc.) is required

3y+ experience in digital sales or digital marketing for a financial institute.

Some exposure to the Middle East/ GCC • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, content management systems (CMS), and SEO/SEM tool
