2. 5+ years of experience in Payments & Collections solutions product development and management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful products.
3. Strong understanding of the market and customer needs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the market in which the Bank operates, as well as the needs of its customers. 
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
5. Analytical thinking and problem solving • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy 
6. Understanding of Agile Framework 
7. Proficient in CJM, UI, UX and UCD
